Great progress by Adumbration Arts Students this Term at the Great Hall, Cholsey, Oxfordshire.

A really enjoyable term. Looking back so much has been introduced to the class and they have all made great progress. The focus has been more traditional than the first term,(which was more about freeing up and introducing different drawing approaches) looking at classical studies to improve observational drawing skills. We started with still life, then hand, face and figure studies and we finished the term with a life drawing session. We also introduced colour mixing with acrylics and will be focusing more on wet media materials and techniques next term, and weather permitting we will be working outside on landscape studies.

A big thank you to The Cholsey Development Trust, the Great Hall is such a fantastic venue, and to the students who signed up this term and help make it such a lovely group to teach.
