Oxfordshire Art Job: Artists/Art Tutors required
Looking for Sessional Arts Tutors/ Artists from all disciplines to run a series of workshops for a new monthly event called 'The Sunday Sketch'.
Please send C.V and up to 3 proposals/overviews for two hour 'walk and sketch' sessions suitable for mixed ability learners. Please include site location and your preferred months for participation. (Start and end points must be the same location.)
It will run from 10am -12pm on the first Sunday of each month. Tutors will receive 3 hours pay for 2 taught hours to go towards covering additional time required for setting up and packing away. Tutors are expected to assume 20 mins planning and preparation will be required for each taught hour. Hourly pay rate £32 per hour.
Tutors are expected only to teach; venues, logistics and liaising with participants and students will be done by Adumbration Arts Administration. Those selected will be asked to complete a session plan and costing sheet for materials and resources required. (Time taken to do this can come out of the 20 mins per hour allowed for in the hourly rate.)
